Maybe you need more information from me before you can do that projection into the future... how much mortgage will you qualify for or maybe your decision hinges on other things happening in a certain sequence. I am here to be your real estate information resource center... not to rush you into making a rash decision.

You'll find that I won't pressure you in any way... but don't misinterpret this lack of pressure for lack of interest in your personal situation. The interest is certainly there and my level of personal involvement will increase when you ask for it, as you come closer to being ready to make your purchase! You will get periodic phone calls to see how it's going, but I'm patient.

Know that I will always give you exceptional service because I want you to be a lifetime client... not just a client for one transaction. Once you see that difference, you won't ever want to talk to another agent. There just isn't a need!
